Manufacturing News

2007 has seen massive growth in our custom case manufacturing business. Previous clients have included such names as Placebo, Razorlight, Jamie Cullum and Van Morrison who have come back to us time and time again for extra cases. Our client base has further expanded to include up-and-coming new acts such as Duke Special, Air Traffic and Palladium to name but a few.

The launch of our new shockmount range of racks has proved very successful. See the shockmount cases

We have also been ‘turning-out’ large quantities of desk cases to house the highly successful Yamaha digital desk LS9. Our version of this case incorporates many design features including a 2.5” depth of foam in the base enabling access to the headphone controls. We also incorporate an extra deep back box as standard and 4” casters are recommended. See the LS9 cases

At the other end of the scale we have this year manufactured some monster cases for one of our clients. These 8’ x 4’ cases manufactured in 12mm diamond board were required for 48 and 56 channel Soundcraft consoles

We have this year been asked to replicate a set of cases for ‘Groove Armada’ enabling them to retain equipment on both continents for their touring work. These cases also included those for their video production. See the video production rack

Our most recent project has involved the production of a further 12 cases for Van Morrison. We have manufactured all his cases to date, the latest batch including complete back line amplifiers, drum etc. We have even custom built his sax case. See the Van Morrison cases
